Device-only saves
The current game has no publisher-operated player account or cloud-save database. We cannot remotely erase a local save by looking up an email address.
On Android, use the phone’s app settings and storage controls to clear Castle Color’s app data. Clearing cache alone does not clear all app data. On iPhone, deleting the app removes its active app container; offloading can preserve documents and data. Platform backups can retain or restore information separately.
Clearing app data removes local progress and remaining resources together. Only do this when you intend that result; we cannot guarantee recovery.
Notes and copied exports
Turning off Settings → Playtest notes stops new recording but does not erase existing files. The current build has no separate notes-only deletion button. Clearing app data removes the local notes along with the save.
A copied export can also exist on your clipboard, in a file, in email or in another app. Replace clipboard contents and remove exported copies separately if desired. Clipboard-sync and backup services have their own controls.
Information sent to support
Email anshul@ritava.in and identify the relevant conversation or notes. State what you want deleted. No game account is needed. We may ask for proportionate verification and explain any applicable retention obligation or limitation.
Advertising records
Where available, use the game’s Ad privacy choices and your device’s advertising/privacy settings. Withdrawing permission is different from deleting information already processed by a provider. For Google’s records, use Google’s privacy information and My Ad Center.
Deleting the game does not automatically delete provider-held advertising records. The privacy policy explains the separate data flows.
