Report a problem
Please include your game version, phone model, operating system, puzzle/chapter number, what you expected, what happened and the approximate time. A short screenshot or recording can help. Crop unrelated notifications and personal information.
Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment details, advertising IDs or a full device backup. Sharing playtest notes is optional; copying notes does not upload them automatically.
Lost progress
Avoid reinstalling or clearing storage while investigating a save issue. First close and reopen the game. Progress is saved locally, with no publisher-operated cloud account. We cannot promise to recover progress after storage is removed or a device is replaced.
Missing rewards
Tell us the offer, approximate time, puzzle or chest day, device and game version. A failed optional ad does not remove the base reward already earned. We will investigate completed-but-missing rewards, but without a cloud account we cannot promise remote inventory correction.
Restarting a puzzle
Restarting does not return spent tokens, clocks or hammers. A valid spend remains spent; a broken consecutive-win chain resets its time bonus. Report an item disappearing without a valid use as a possible technical issue.
Privacy or deletion requests
Email us from the address used for earlier correspondence, or supply enough context to locate it. Read Data choices and deletion before removing app storage. There is no game account to close.
We handle support as capacity permits and privacy requests within applicable legal deadlines. This page does not promise an immediate response or guaranteed save restoration.
